Dog in 24th Floor Dog, Floor

Mr Chairman/ CSkang,

I know all of your committee members going to 24th to the aunty (Tatoo) house everyday (Including you). So far, you are unable to take any action against the DOG inside her house. She is also using a common area putting flower pot. It is blocking my way.

I want to know why so far as JMC you are not able to take any action against her?  On the other hand, it is because she is closer to the committee. I am also same floor with you, but you just ignore her DOG sound every day and the flower port. I BELIEVED NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW.

I had done with the normal process. My question is why Chairman/JMC not able to take any action. What is so special about her?  If they are still keeping quiet, I will bring my DOG Bull Molosser, and it will be very noisy. She is keeping the dog more than 6 months and flower pot. Mr. Chairman if you still keep quiet I will bring my flower pot put in front of her unit. Anywhere you need to by pass my house first before going to lift. There will be 2 sets of flower pot on the right and left hand side. I want to see how you want to walk through the corridor.

For the dog issue, you can complain to MPPP. I believe they'll come to investigate and ask the dog owner to do something. The better is complain together with other few more owners.

MPPP told me they already send a letter to JMC.
So why JMC refuse to take action? What is stopping them

I can smell the dog's urine & shit everyday.

My last solution I will bring my dog when someone asks me I will kick their ass.

Sorry for other resident staying in the RV & 24 floor. I have no choice to make it happen. This will make our Chairman/JMC to take some serious actions against them ..

What make me upset here authority people not able to help me, but I am also paying maintenance fee. My question does she pay Rm130 per month for her dog & flower pot together?  Can Chairman/JMC member dare to ask her to remove the pot and dog ? ? I am giving until wed 21/7/10. I will tell you what I will do.
1. Open my HiFI system loud until she and chairman can hear at night time.
2. Still no improvement, my Bull Molosser will be out site in common walking path..

Yup I was in the lift, it was crazy and so smelly, and it definitely a animal poo….. Fuck those who rare it.. I will put real human shit into your house and window if I know who you are…. Want to play vandalism please go to other places.

2. Ummm, I don't know much about dog.  Your dog is the type with big size and fierce, isn't it ?  Similarly, that will affect your immediate neighbour, I'm sure.

I already try all the methods but i have no choice. You tell me what shall i do. Every day i am having problem with the dog .  I already talk with her but she said no choice.....
