with the clamp, we need to send someone to clamp the car -- effort on mgmt.
then when the owner come, need to send another time to unclamp his car. -- effort on mgmt.
Will also hear the owner complain. -- effort.
With the sticker, we need to send someone to stick the car -- effort on mgmt, but sticker is easier than clamp, less.
then when the owner come, no need to unstick. -- no effort.
Will also hear the owner complain. -- same effort.
If we choose not to do anything, RV owner and those who are violated will complain. (louder and louder everyday).
If we choose to do something, those who park illegally will come and complain once. Then they won't do that again. (then we can sleep peacefully everafter...)
Which way do we want ?
Ask RV. (since so many ppl make so much noise).
If we can get majority consensus, I don't see what is the problem implementing that.
If the owner/tenant is not ready to implement it. Fine as well. Ask them to hold their silence if their parking right is violated later. |
