It’s tough to become JMC in Malaysia apartments/condo. It is super tough to become JMC in Penang. It is impossible to become JMC in RVA.

I think I will proposed:

Carpark and clamping
Dog Issue

Wondering if this will work or not.

Instead of clamping, can we just put a very sticky type of sticker on the vehicle which park illegally ?
My company do that, and it works.....(at least on me).

Liverpool, I think the sticky glue, the damage to the car is more than clamping.
Clamping, with a fees, they might still able to open up however the glue might make some folks that have beautiful cars fight back with the security/management seriously, because of the stains in the windows.

that's the whole point -- make him feel the pain, isn't it ?

with the clamp, we need to send someone to clamp the car -- effort on mgmt.
then when the owner come, need to send another time to unclamp his car.  -- effort on mgmt.
Will also hear the owner complain. -- effort.

With the sticker, we need to send someone to stick the car -- effort on mgmt, but sticker is easier than clamp, less.
then when the owner come, no need to unstick.  -- no effort.
Will also hear the owner complain. -- same effort.

If we choose not to do anything, RV owner and those who are violated will complain.  (louder and louder everyday).
If we choose to do something, those who park illegally will come and complain once.  Then they won't do that again.  (then we can sleep peacefully everafter...)

Which way do we want ?
Ask RV.  (since so many ppl make so much noise).

If we can get majority consensus, I don't see what is the problem implementing that.  
If the owner/tenant is not ready to implement it.  Fine as well.  Ask them to hold their silence if their parking right is violated later.

Today, it was first time I ever seen so many cars park along side our RVA, anywhere, haha... no parking sign, clamping sign, all park.

I guess I need to clarify in the EGM, is parking really allowed, there is only YES or NO. NO means they will take action and clamp/fine/sticker. if no action going to do is actually YES.

If I get the answer YES, then it was so good as those that come back RVA earlier can get the hotspots in lobby we must fight to get our best places.
