to apply for water for relau vista

 

documents required

  1. Photocopy of IC
  2. Photocopy of SnP , page 1,2 , 20 & 22
  3. Stamp Hasil RM10  (can buy on the spot)
  4. The PBA forms (taken from Mr Cheah, relau security office) ,after you paid the RM516 fees in RV office farlim
  5. RM120 deposit
  6. Original SnP , might required to validate

Anybody knows, if given authorization, can I (authorized person) of the house owner, register PBA under my name instead of the purchaser's stated in S & P ?

OK guys, I found out.  House owner (as per S & P ) can authorize you, but the PBA account has to be registered under the owner's name.  Still didn't manage to find out on TNB.

Hi all,

I've gotten the foms and docs for TNB and PBA but i read over here that some of the buyers' water/meter pipes had gone missing.

So should we wait for the defects to be rectified first before we apply for these 2 or should we start applying now (although not sure defects can be rectified yet)?

 

Please share your thoughts.

yes, I will suggest only apply after defective complete 1st or apply only when ngage with contractor as they might  able to help to take care the house when renovation.
