1. What is the market value of RVA now and
2. So far what is the status for our RVA structure title?

I think no point asking management at the moment  as i heard there is a big problem with JMC & management.
What ever i asked them no answer. Management is moving out by end of this month.

Today I called direct to komtar but looks like they already issue 18/4/2012 but dont know developer took it or not yet.

on 20 Oct 2012, i went to ask the management, they are said they are new management don't know the status? All said don't know the status only then close the mounth..who go to follow up? our apartment chairman and management have work out?
Why always wanna change management. Not good for us.
I love my house.
I very worry our structure title. When can get it. If not , we all very dangerous.
Another thing:-
I have rent Sound System.

from a local bank evaluation, for corner it estimated  over 330k.

FYI, now the strata title is in progress to transfer to individual unit. The lawyer office is sending letter to us regarding it. I had received the letter already.

Your unit is bought from developer? If yes, then the price will expensive a bit. Still need to count the stamp duty. If bought from owner, during sign the S&P you already pay the stamp duty.

I bought from developer and I'm using back my previous lawyer (sign S&P & loan agreement), will expensive than Ezri& Co around RM100 plus, but I no need pass them my S&P and loan agreement. I need to pay RM3.1k (include strata title, bank process fees & RM200 charge by Ezri & Co).
